Ibb governorate is the location of the Foundation's first governorate-wide Leopard Survey which is coordinated by Dr. Mohammed Al-Doais and funded from His Excellency Governor Abdullah Al-Hejri's operating budget.  This is the first instance of govenment financial support for the Foundation's work.
